The company was founded in 2004 by Andrew Low who, having worked for many years in both the residential and commercial sectors, on behalf of both owners and occupiers, identified the need for a new approach to the way real estate advice and services are provided.
As a result, Westlows approach is different to the rest of the industry. We pride ourselves on delivering a service which is driven purely by the desire to offer the best possible advice and solutions to our Clients.
We ensure that our professional standards are never compromised by staff trying to hit fee income targets or any other performance related indicators, which other firms often use to monitor the performance of their staff. We believe the target lead approach generates the wrong working environment for property advisers as it creates a sales focused mind set which rewards the quick sale approach rather than rewarding advisers for achieving high standards, good results and most importantly happy clients.
